Multi-channel microwave measuring device for the geophysical parameters |

Schematic solution of the radiometry inverse task for the remote measurement of land and water surface parameters is proposed. Principal scheme for the multi-channel solver is considered to be used as automatic device with adaptive functions to the solved task. Hardware and software package for the solver is based on the intellectual supporting algorithm of decision making providing the optimization of the structure of used radiometers and minimization of delay time for final decision. The decision making algorithm is based on the learning procedure and evolutionary overcoming the information uncertainty situations arising when measuring results have high nonstationarity. Parallel-sequential procedure for the statistical decisions is proposed.
