SHELOMANOV Solution of estimation limited operating time for the electrical radio products (ERP) allows you to confirm the correctness of the choice of the element base in the part of the operating time required and the service life of the equipment. This problem is relevant to no repairable and unrecoverable equipment during its operation, the use of which provides a long-time continuous operation as part of an object, such as a spacecraft with a long active lifetime. This article provides an approach to the estimation of limited operating time ERP as part of the electronic equipment on the basis of the model of “parameter − tolerance zone ”. In this model it is assumed that as a result of the influence of external factors influencing ERP occur degradation processes, which result the deterioration of certain physical and technical parameters, and when the parameter vector excess the tolerance zone-failure occurs. The above approach can be used to develop specific computational and experimental methods for evaluating limited operating time ERP and confirm the possibility of providing the required operating time ERP as part of the equipment, as well as confirmation of product conformity methods reliability requirements established in the standards and technical conditions.
