TSYGANKOV Converting the rotation angle error in the electrical resistance is largely dependent on the quality of manufacture of the resistive element. The article proposes the installation of the express control function conversion precision resistive sensors the angle of rotation, which can be used to simulate the interaction of the resistive element and the contact springs, arising during operation of the sensor, as well as to choose the optimal force and the geometry of the contact spring. The introduction of the technical process of manufacturing potentiometers stage express control of resistive elements allows to reveal defective products at an early stage of their production and thus reduce production costs.
