Evaluation of the reliability of the results of the selective control based on the measurement uncertainty |

Formulation of the problem: the development of methods for the selective control of complex objects must be justified to establish requirements for the measurement accuracy of each controlled parameter and evaluate the accuracy of the test results. Objective – method for studying the reliability of control depending on the accuracy of measurements and volume-controlled sample. The method used: the
method of simulation (method Monte-Carlo). The novelty of the work: effective method for calculating the indicators of reliability of
multi-parameter selective control suggested. Results: experimentally investigated the dependence of the reliability of the control of the main influencing factors (volume-controlled sample and the measurement accuracy). The risk of customer dependence on the uncertainty
of measurement obtained. The method allows to determine the allowable number of unusable items in the lot and to optimize the sampling
method on economic criteria.
