GEZALOV In the article the local access system with combined access protocol of subscriber access network, providing broadband access of subscribers to NGN and the effective transmission of heterogeneous traffic (voice, video and data) is considered. On the basis of the working out model of local subscriber access system based on local network with combined access protocol in discrete-time calculates the average delay time of the speech frame, the frame of video and the frame of data in the network. The analysis of a graphics of the average delay time of the speech frame, the frame of video and the frame of data, depending on the intensity of the incoming flow of messages on the network and from the graphs are determined the lower and upper limits of adaptation, the interval of adaptation of combined access protocol. The influence of heterogeneity coefficient on the limits adaptation and interval of adaptation of combined access protocol for heterogeneous local network throughout the range of the incoming traffic is researched.
