Polyakov, A.I. Eliseev, S.A. Duz’krjatchenko The aim of this research is the creation methods of accounting collocation for formalization collections of text documents. Using fuzzy collocations in mathematical models of the texts make the quality of information retrieval and clustering higher. We propose a model of collocation taking into account the distance between them. The distance means the number of words that appear in text between the terms in collocation. The research methodology is based on the principles of fuzzy sets theory, theory of information retrieval, and cluster analysis. There are some results of researches: method of formalizing the fuzzy collocation, taking into account the distance between them, and the algorithm of finding and evaluating of their semantic significance in text collection. The proposed method consists in the formalization of the distance between the terms in the text, using the fuzzy numbers and the subsequent construction of collocation for the document using the mathematical apparatus of the theory of fuzzy sets. An algorithm to identify important collocations in a text is based on latent semantic analysis and the theory of fuzzy sets. An additional advantage of the proposed algorithm is to obtain the evaluation of the significance of natural collocation. The research results, that presented in this article, are not answer the question such as: how to use the collocations for clusterization and information retrieval.
