DYAKIN Innovative development is an integral part of the functioning of modern industrial enterprises, corporations. In this case there is a problem of optimal control of a set of innovative investment projects development in the medium and long term, associated with the lack of appropriate instrumentation. Automated systems of this class should allow to define development objectives with regard to the condition of the external and internal environment, to plan and manage innovative development of the enterprise as a whole, consisting of a set of regularly updated or replaced production processes taking into account the high risk of innovation, the required capacity and long term implementation. The article provides a description of the project module optimal control of functioning of the automated system of management of innovative development of industrial enterprises. The enterprise is represented as a dynamic system, consuming material, human, power and financial resources, as well as own or borrowed under certain conditions the results of research and development activities. Innovation leads to partial or comprehensive changes in production processes to reduce costs, improve performance, or appearance of new product qualities demanded by the market. Project description of the module is done by using the function diagrams, data flow diagrams. The database structure is shown in the form of diagrams, entity-relationship. The project software module will automate the process of identifying and implementing optimal according to the criterion of discounted profits of the functioning of industrial enterprises within the planning horizon subject to the restrictions on the expenditure of resources, prices, production volumes, etc. The use of all modules of the control system will automate the process interval-guaranteed optimal management of innovative development, ensuring that the found offices perturbing when you change parameters within the established ranges.
