DOBRYNINA The article suggests the weights estimation of innovative potential. Developed an adaptive evaluation model studied by the example of scientific-production enterprise. The proposed approach is a graphical representation of the structure of the innovation potential based on the tree hierarchy (graph). We develop tools for assessment of innovation potential, which is the effective component of the system management of the organization.
