Research capabilities of perimeter control action explosion in ore breaking in a clamp
YU. P. GALCHENKO

The paper discusses the technological capabilities of the control zakomornogo and blasting impact of the explosion at the ore vein deposits. Performed analysis of allocation and distribution of energy explosion in the conditions of the clip and found that the main prospects for the control of quality indicators in the conditions associated with the parameters of the impulse of the explosion. Each specific conditions corresponds to a optimum energy pulse, which is characterized by the fact that the stresses arising in the array, not only surpass in magnitude destructive, but is maintained at this level for a time sufficient to complete the process of crack formation. The real voltage pulse is sufficient to provide the required performance crushing, if theoretically optimal pulse fits in it completely. This means that control over the magnitude of the unwanted effects of the explosion in the form of overgrinding of ore and intensive zakomornogo destruction array of host rocks can be performed by controlling the size of the head part of the impulse of the explosion and its duration. Experimental studies have fully
confirmed the theoretical findings and helped to create a system of empirical dependencies, which formed the basis of the methodology of
calculation of parameters of drilling and blasting operations, providing the possibility of technological control values zakomornogo impact of the explosion and the output is not sorted ore fines, as the main sources of excessive losses and dilution of saleable ore
