Rationale for selection of control problems by fermentation process considering technological risks |

For comparative analysis and selection of the most important management tasks in the designed control systems for biotechnological processes
proposed to use a pairwise comparison of risks from loss of control. From positions of the system approach is considered a preparatory stage processes of fermentation: heat sterilization of the nutrient medium, its aftercooling after loading in the fermenter, the biosynthesis of actual and cooling down the culture liquid in the fermenter. When you deviate from optimal at each stage of fermentation the possible risks. Several groups of risks from loss of control at each stage of fermentation and gives their characteristics. The comparison of obtained numerical and risk assessment based on the method of pairwise comparison. Proposed management strategy considering the importance of risks.
