DOBRYNINA A presents an assessment of the innovative capacity of scientific and industrial enterprise on the basis of hybrid expert systems that allow to take into account multi-parameter indicators of innovation activity of the enterprise. The presented approach was tested on the example of scientific and industrial instrument-making industry of the enterprise, which allows to perform a comparative assessment of regions and areas of the enterprise, identify bottlenecks and location of reserves growth. The results obtained with the use of the developed system allows to justify management decisions for the development and growth of competitiveness of the enterprise.
