Multi-level parring of emergency situations in the problems of providing the functional stability for satellite motion control and navigation systems |

The article presents a multi-level approach to the development of algorithmic software modules to recover the functional state of the
control and navigation satellite system. Under the proposed approach all levels can be represented as separate problems, for solving of which
the relevant models and methods are used.
Solvable problems at each stage are problems, solution methods of which are based on the use of functional diagnostic models. The use
of these models for the restoration of the functional state of the system has led to the ability to unify the proposed models and the adaptation
of known methods and also to forming a scheme of algorithmic support development as standard recovery subsystem of the system’s
functional state.
In the proposed scheme all the tools, specific experience in the development of algorithms, knowledge obtained through studies are
systematized. The use of such a scheme in the real projects improves the quality of functioning of recovery modules and reduces time and
resources of their development.
