Development of conversion algorithm from effective signal of measuring device into the required value |

In this article we consider a variant of algorithm development for converting measuring device’s effective signal into the required
values, which characterize properties of monitored objects, products and materials. Proposed option allows significantly decrease amount of experimental studies necessary for searching of the optimal solution in case of construction of measuring devices for non-destructive monitoring method. Current approach was realized in creation of acoustic method for monitoring characteristics such as porosity of cork from fibrous material [8] or granulometric composition of particulate materials. Control of these characteristics is essential to carry out the selection of materials for the filtration of water and air purification, as well as for control of the granulometric composition of the batch mixture for filters
production using powder metallurgy (sintered) [10].
