STATIVKO Scientific and technical implementation of the latest generations of computer technology, improvement and development of their respective software products led to the creation of artificial intelligence, intelligent information and computing systems, expert systems in various areas of concern, forming a class of fuzzy information systems (NIS). NICs are designed to provide a high level of decision support, which provides progressive development and competitiveness of the organization. Given this extremely topical task of providing high-quality consumer intelligent information systems, both in their design, and in modernizing in response to the changing demands of the environment. Proposed use of fuzzy methods of quality control as tools for assessing indicators – “use” fuzzy information systems. Designed a fuzzy system that allows to obtain a quantitative estimate of its – “use”. The prospects for the application package Fuzzy system Matlab, to solve such problems.
