TSYTOVICH, O.G. BRYLINA, A.I. SIDOROV, Yu. S. SMIRNOV The possible options of diagnosing methods of systems with parallel regulation channel are considered in this article. Thedisadvantages of active diagnosingmethods are shown. The prospects of structures of control systems on the basis of integrating multi-zone regulators (MR) are marked. Such structures provide the mode of self-diagnosis and automatic reservation in the control system. The operating principle of the MR basic structure and its main characteristics are considered. The main analytical expressions and timing diagrams of MR signals at various catastrophic failures of its elements are given. The diagnostic circuit of the hidden catastrophic failures in the MR is proposed. In this caseoscillations mode in a channels of relay elements is controlledandto eachrelay element is assigned to the corresponding bit of the binary code. The control system of group electric drives with parallel channels of regulation is considered. The MR performs the functions of the main regulator in this system.Suchcontrol systemhas the property of self-diagnosis and automatic reservationof regulating channels. The recommendations for increasing the reliability of the feedback sensors of control systemare given.The converter of controlled coordinates into an electrical signal can be made on the base of the MR too. It is shown in the article. Synchronous reluctance machines with separate excitation are recommended as a executive electric motors to increase operational safety and reliability of the automatic control systems.
