SCHERBAKOV, At present studies are of interest the queueing system(QS) in which the application is actively responding to the ongoing process of service. The article deals with the new type of the queueing system(QS) with the failures where the means of request processing can be destroyed by the requests. In such case QS will be in operation with the definite loss of efficiency. The system of criteria and quality level of such systems was offered. Formulaic dependences and the examples of received estimates were given. The results can provide scientific and practical interest for those engaged in the development of mathematical models of systems for special purposes in various subject areas using the methods of queuing theory.
