The information-measuring system of controlled pumping out reservoir liquid of the watered gas wells

Gas and condensate fields at the late stage at a late stage processing times are characterised by falling reservoir pressure and watered wells. In the result of the watering of a part of reservoir energy is used for lifting water, which leads to reduction of gas production with the subsequent release of wells out of operation. The use of external energy to remove the reservoir fluid using a submersible pump allows to prolong term of operation of wells in conditions of decreasing energy of the reservoir. The results of experimental use of the pump pumping out liquid from wartered wells Orenburg oil and gas condensate field indicate the possibility of potential growth rate of gas from watered gas wells at the expense of introduction of the information-measuring system managed pumping out liquid.
Currently there is a system of methods, models and tools of the information-measuring system pumping out stratal liquid oil wells, developed technical solutions and recommendations on their use. In particular, for definition of level of a liquid in an oil well is used sounder. However, the technology of separate production from gas wells involves the movement of gas within the annular space, which leads to the formation of foam on the liquid surface and the violation of the correct operation of the sonar.
For definition of parameters of technological processes of gas wells used a system of the «Integrated geological-technological model gas condensate field». However, it is not take into consideration conditions of watered gas wells and pumping out liquid. In this connection creation of the information-measuring system -based development of the «Integrated geological-technological model gas condensate field» taking into account managed pumping liquid out of the watered gas wells is of current interest task.
This article provides considers the structure, mathematical software and algorithms of information – measuring system of controlled pumping fluid from the reservoir watered gas wells, characterized by the presence of the model «reservoir-well-pipeline» in the circuit for measuring dynamic reservoir fluid level in the annulus, providing increase of gas flow rate on 26–33%.
