IZMAYLOV In the present article the analysis of mechanisms of formation of a number of components of the main error of time-frequency acoustic flowmeter constructed by the principle of the tracking balance. In particular, are given analyses of mechanisms of formation of a systematic component of the main error from non informative delay time and a random component of the main error from decrease of amplitude of a reception signal. The first component of an error is caused by not informative delays of radiated and reception signals in acoustic and electronic blocks of a flow meter. The second component of an error is formed by partial violations of acoustic transparency of the controlled environment, impacts of turbulent processes and changes of physical properties of the environment. Offers decisions and recommendations about an exception of the showed components of the main error. The offered principles are introduced at modernization of time-frequency acoustic flowmeter like «URAN».
