ABROSIMOV, V.G. KOZLOV Emergency situations can arise owing to influence of failures, refusals, memory overflow and other adverse factors when complex systems functioning in networks for management. Stability strategy and phase method for emergency situations protection are developed. The method consists in prevention, non-admission, diagnosing and elimination of emergency situations at design, operation and modernization of networks stages. It is provided by the use of identification and the accounting of number of parallel carried-out processes, restrictions on distribution of demanded resources, a temporary banning of allocation to critical processes of resources and compulsory ending of the processes which have got to emergency situations. Separate algorithms are realized in the hardware-software way with use of artificial neural networks. The method guarantees exception of emergency situations of architectural type and essential reduction of elimination time for deadlock emergency situations.
