LAZEBNAYA Describes the formal model of forecasting demand for specialists. The stages of the forecasting process and developed a model for adaptive forecasting in the form of a spiral. The model takes into account the specifics of the operation of the labor market, as object of study, at fuzzy conditions and the possibility of conducting research with incomplete data. For this model includes the mechanisms of adaptation model: a rule of inference, algorithm for data preprocessing and evaluation criteria of the results. These mechanisms use the results in a consistent point estimates and expert opinion as feedback in passing from one stage to another. An algorithm for forecasting demand for specialists.The algorithm of forecasting is used in a control system of the territorial and sectoral organization of system of higher education as information support of decision-making. It will allow to make a reasonable choice of the made decision on planning of training of specialists of situation which have rather developed on a regional labor market.
