Model of low-tonnage trains with a flexible coupling in the coupling device |

Securing vehicular traffic determines the urgency of the problem of providing stability and handling trucks. The article deals with
the dynamic model of the motion of small-tonnage trains, consisting of a passenger car and a uniaxial trailer without brakes. A
mathematical model of the vehicle with a trailer is based on the equations of motion of systems of solids. The simulation determines
the maximum desired width lanes, is the possibility or impossibility to carry out the movement without going to the margins
or the oncoming lane. The investigations have shown that the presence of a coupling device managed cable can significantly
improve the stability and control of trains.
