This article describes the development of control production rules method for objects based on nodes behavior charts. This
method uses to transition from a continuous description of technological processes to discrete, so could be used algorithmic
control methods. Example of transition to algorithmic control is the creation of classical fuzzy control systems and fuzzy systems
based on sampling of continuous technological process with the concept of «mode». While consideration of these two approaches
there is shown the difference in the formation of production rules and its construction changing from traditional form «IF–THEN»
to more understandable to user form «TO–WITH–NEED», «TO–NEED». Application bundles «TO–NEED» or «TO–WITH–
NEED» allow to receive production rules to GOAL attainment under certain CONDITIONS by committing ACTIONS through
control actions and technological conditions, but with accounting additional information, that is a deeper engineering of them by
taking into account the process conditions, process parameters and other technological values.
