CHUEV Study and design of complex systems necessitates the use of the device simulation. However, not in all cases possible to use analytical models, so urgent is the development of methods and means of simulation. The article discusses the theoretical basis of simulation at the binary indicator networks. An example of the graph-analytical description of the binary network is given. The software interface for the simulation of the binary network described and the algorithm of its holding through the written program described. The basic objects, subroutines, and application algorithms is given. The above method and program product may find its application in the construction of road maps development systems; conducting simulation of queuing systems with a view to optimizing the flow of requests; construction machine control systems of automatic process control systems; conducting simulation processes.
