Advising control system of clinker burning process with local subsystems based on autonomy and cascading principles |

This article describes the principles of creation advising system of management of process clinker burning, the system based on
principles of autonomy, optimality, mathematical model have many circuit.
Relevant variables technological object were selected. We used statistical methods of data processing to obtain a mathematical
model of process of burning. A mathematical model was obtained as a multivariable object.
Scheme firing control system consists of five blocks. Advising management system firing unites the local subsystem. Informationmeasuring
system is used to obtain information about technological process as signals from sensors. In block local subsystems
calculated regulators for local subsystems, built on the principles of autonomy, cascading and optimality. Identification unit is
used for calculating the parameters of mathematical models and simulation of processes in the furnace. The local control subsystem
CO2was built, which is based on the principle of autonomy. The dual cascade control system was built, where the control
parameter is Qgaz, in the external loop is regulated variable In, and in the inner loop regulated Tog.
The developed system were modeling, transients reflect adequate quality.
