It is proposed formulation of the problem of optimal control multiprocess automatic electroplating line mode combining technological
processes and method for its solution. An algorithm for constructing optimal control program (PU) multiprocess automatic
plating line mode alignment process, provided that the boot order line items (UP) defined. Propose to use multiprocess line
in batch mode. Provided that the sequence of line loading (UP) is fixed, i.e. UP for fixed line operates in a batch mode, where
in each period, it processes one job change, coming under UP. The task of determining the optimal management program multiprocess
automatic electroplating line from a vector UP solved vector generation algorithm control PU, based on the method of
«branch and bound.»
Results of the optimization problem entered the real industry term projects produced automatic electroplating lines
