NAGORNY The article deals with hardware-software system designed to monitor the quality of functioning of the metalworking technology system. The software component of the complex is built in a modular fashion and implemented on several algorithmic languages: Turbo Pascal, Delphi, C++ and JAVA, which makes it universal with respect to the hardware complex, the latter being an option algorithmic language designed for microprocessor devices running on the platform Android. Complex controls the quality of manufacturing parts, predicts tuning time or replacement instrument and identifies the machine running time to stop for repair and the cause of repair. This avoids the rejecting of parts, unplanned downtime technological system of replacing decayed cutting tool or emergency failure of the structural part of the machine. Application of this complex in industry will provide operational control of technological processes of metal and thus enable them to solve the basic problem of automation: to extend the functionality and improve performance of machine equipment, improve product quality due to higher precision reproduction, improve working conditions and provide greater safety, lower impact on the environment.
