There are considered development and functioning of the hardware-software complex of working off control processes, diagnose,
and parry of emergency situations system of orientation and stabilization of small spacecraft. There are defined goals and tasks
performed on the prepared complex. Substantiate the choice of the functional blocks of the complex, which have a minimum
redundancy. There are description of complex software. Also considers failures simulation using software simulators. There are
operating status of the complex, including stabilization, diagnosis and recovery of functional status of the stand. Describes the
experimental study on the considered complex, which showed the fundamental ability to save working capacity of the object in
the event of a failure from the formed set.
