LYUBCHENKO The paper deals with a simulation model of the operation and maintenance of technical devices radio . A technique for assessing the optimal frequency of maintenance TRS devices based on such criteria as the coefficient of reliability of technical use and availability . The shortcomings of the approach and proposed the use of additional optimization criterion as a function of the value of operating costs . Conducted a simulation model of process improvement and operation of the device by introducing TRS cost criterion. The approbation of an improved model for the function block transportable radio RV-1M. Application algorithms reduction of dispersion statistics has reduced the cost of computer time to perform computational procedures . Using the cost function would allow for more accurate assessment of the frequency of the device rational TRS-range of estimates of optimal values periodicity TO halved.
