RAKOV (Evaluated the possibilities of ensuring the reliability of complex technological objects, the impact of a dynamically changing environment into account. Tendencies of development of control systems are allocated. Complication of systems of automation and high requirements to their reliability is noted. It conducts to sharp increase in the reserve equipment in proportion to quantity of elements and communications in system. Influence of dynamically changing environment is noted. It leads to constantly changing communications and the relations in system. It can cause requirement of continuous change of a reserve resource. All this leads to essential increase in density and complexity of the reserve equipment in borders of system of automation. In turn such situation does very expensive traditional (classical) structure with reservation (Standby System), and therefore failure-safe structure (Fault Tolerance) and structure of high readiness (High Availability) as the moment of change of production circumstances demands change of all hardware resource of reservation, including its mathematical, program and information support. The conclusion is drawn on need of new methodology of creation of systems of reservation.
