KONDRATOV The article provides a set of functional indicators to assess the effectiveness of information processes in integrated security systems, based on a differentiated approach to solving the problem of information protection against threats to its distortion and blocking. As such indicators are presented: completeness, timeliness of processing, integrity and availability, as well as levels of threats of this type. As an indication of the completeness and integrity of the information is used and the amount of processed data volume undistorted computing environment, and as the characteristics of the information processing timeliness and accessibility – the timing of information procedures and time of access to information, respectively. Volume of processed information is proposed to determine under Halstead metrics and undistorted volume computing environment – by measuring its address space.Temporal characteristics of information processing procedures and ensure its availability are considered as measurable characteristics. As characteristics of the distortion level of threats and block information used statistical data on the number of attacks such as “false to the computer network” and “denial of service”, respectively. Provides a unified format for probabilistic indicators completeness, timeliness of its processing, integrity and availability. Substantiates the nature of indicators of reliability threat level distortion and blocking information in integrated security systems as threats of abnormal operation of this class of systems.
