This article discusses management tasks vehicles automatic electroplating lines using frequency converters, associated with an
increase in high-speed mode Autooperator movement, on the one hand, and with a smooth start and stop running Auto Attendant
on the other. Offered an effective mode speed control movement of vehicles automatic electroplating lines. Analyzes the timing
diagrams of the frequency of the Altivar 312 Schneider Electric, motor control autooperator galvanic line. Proposed mode of
operation control Autooperator in the electroplating industry has shown strong performance parameters in its implementation.
During the operation revealed no equipment failures due to «loss» positioning sensors Autooperator line after the command
«stop» at the desired position. At the same traction ( working) speed Autooperator remained high.
