Spectral method for exploring
the phosphors white LED |

The article is written about to research characteristics, the development of new formulations of phosphors to produce lightemitting
diodes white glow. The spectral method for the study was the basis for the creation of the laboratory setup for studying
the properties of phosphors and produce the most effective of their composition in terms of the emissivity of the system heterostructure
blue light - fluorescent coating. The experimental results depending on the ratio of the transmitted and recombined in a
phosphor radiation relative to the original spectrumis presented. According to a study of the spectral composition of the radiation
of different types of phosphors on the content of the elementary components in their structure are investigated. The proposed
method and tools for its implementation are described on the example of selecting an optimal combination of phosphor materials
and the spectral composition of the semiconductor chip.
