PRIKHODKO The article deals with the modeling of complex dynamic systems. A classification of types of resources for permanent and temporary. It is shown that for regular resources are the typical parameters that identify them in the health and well-established to perform certain actions. In addition, each action is related to the change of the dynamic state of a complex system. Changing its state is set event to be formally defined and fixed in the model. In this case, unlike regular events, irregular wear a pronounced stochastic in nature and not pre-planned management system. It is shown that their appearance may violate the synchronization of regular events and result in them being early or normal completion.
