TSYTSAREV In this article there was offered the automated measurement process of electronic radio equipment characteristics in case of the frequency synthesizer parameters measuring by means of the modern measurement devices which were including in the integrated measurement system. Presented process make possible to carry out the equipment design acceptance tests, perform continuous measuring for any preset period of time and browse through the measured results after the test completion.
