SATISHEV S.N. In this paper we consider the problem of constructing mathematical models of functioning facilities management and evaluation amounts of computation and time-consuming. The developed for decision support system identification procedure of the mathematical model of the information process based on standard identification algorithms. To represent the dynamic characteristics of the information process apparatus was used cubic splines. The developed procedure allows the identification of ISPPR control object, ie determine the dynamic characteristics of an object and construct its mathematical model.
