POLGUN M.B. TIKHOTSKY V.V. The article describes the main problems encountered in the development of automated control systems transport road-building materials for road construction sites. The principles of modern supervisory systems based on the latest achievements in the field of satellite navigation. The basic shortcomings of the existing system, a method for improving the system. As the basic model to build an automated dispatch control system (ADCS) is proposed to use the graph of the road network, aiming to automate the formation of dynamic plans of work materials handling. We propose a logical model of the database, which contains information about the graph of the road network, and also analyze the various options for its storage and filling.
