This article considers the current theoretical and practical problem of methodology of building and practical realization of dispatcher’s decision making support system of SCADA-subsystem. Objectives and problems of dispatcher control are reviewed on a gas production and main transfer example. Some problems occurred with operator inclusion in control loop are described. Dispatcher’s decision making support system structure and methods necessary for its creation are offered in this article. Dispatcher’s decision making support system realization based on these methods is also described.
