PRIKHODKO M.V. SATYSHEV S.N. The service life of asphalt pavement in the country significantly lower, than those in industrialized countries. Low life of asphalt pavement is associated with high quality variation of asphalt concrete. This is due to the instability characteristics of the components, an uncontrolled change of the mixture during transportation, from instability of its placement and compaction. This article discusses and suggests methods and technologies to improve the quality of asphalt concrete by the ultrasonic pre-treatment of the bitumen. Sets out the principles of data structures to solve the problem of integration of individual experimental curves to evaluate the effect of ultrasonic treatment. Model of the experimental data are presented in a different form, which dictates the need to solve two problems: the structuring of data in tabular form a uniform format and, if possible, into a relational model, development of a single scheme of regression parameter calculation, dispersion, factorial and other models. This database allows you to store, to get quick access to all the data and process the data obtained in the various tests. The approbation of regression, and factor analysis of variance test results.
