Practical implementation of general problem solver «UDAV» with linear complexity inference based mivar`s approach and «cloud» technologies

The global objective of our research is to create a logical artificial intelligence and its applications in various domains. It is submitted online
version of the general problem solvers UDAV capable of performing adaptive active logical conclusion to a two-level representation «relationshiprules-
variables». The real-time tasks are solved with large sizes, for example, the problem of «triangle» with 237 production rules like «if-then».
It is proposed the development of MIVAR theory by moving from theory formalism «rules-variables» to the formalism of «relationship- rulesvariables
» in MIVAR nets and the introduction of multi-level and multi-dimensional representation of the rules.
The logical conclusion to the 2002 is NOT a NP-complete problem, because the linear computational complexity of the algorithm for inference
productions «IF-THEN» in the formalism MIVAR nets exists for it. The theoretical linear computational complexity of inference and automatic
construction of algorithms for solving various problems on the basis MIVAR nets and productions of the form «if-then-else» is experimentally
confirmed. It is shown that the general solver of problems UDAV can be used to create a process control system. In the near future, UDAV can
almost completely replace the human operator in automated data processing systems and control systems. In the future, UDAV will be able to
replace the human operator in automated data processing systems and control systems.
The theoretical basis for the creation of logical artificial intelligence are created. Our results significantly exceed the «world-class» research as well
as the world›s first major decision is prompted by the logic processing of production rules with linear computational complexity. Thus, the computers
are much smarter and can be used to achieve these mivar`s approach to create a new generation of information management systems, monitoring and
diagnostics. UDAV is implemented on the basis of mivar`s approach and cloud technologies and is available on site wwww.mivar.org.
