Development and research of mathematical models of automated control system of vulcanizing press’ heating platens for manufacturing rubber products |

The modeling of a vulcanization of rubber products on the press is considered in the article. The mathematical model of automated
control of a platens’ temperature based on the two-position law control has described. A new algorithm for determining constant and
variable time step which is necessary for numerical solving the equations of a mathematical model has developed. The temperature
fields of different general rubber products has evaluated and analyzed during their vulcanization on press with induction heating.
Main recommendations for optimizing temperature control law and structure of platens and press molds has formulated. On the base
of obtained numerical experiments results main factors and parameters has identified and systematized that is strongly influenced on
the temperature fields of different rubber products.
