AlGaInN and AlGaInP LED quantum efficiency

Used in the measurement technique eliminates the direct current heating of the crystal, and also allow to identify and explain the
significant difference in the assessment of the real and driven by the manufacturers of the luminous efficiency of LEDs. Investigated
in a pulsed mode LEDs whole spectral range, including red, yellow, green and blue colors and are set according to the changes in the
quantum yield of the current density. This method of assessing the quality of LED chips can be further used in the construction of
highpower LEDs operating at high current densities.
