GALIEV This article considers one of the methods of generating impulses filled with the decaying oscillations, which influence on the research physical objects and describes the developed instrument. It is determined that specified energy conditions of the influence on the research object are supplied with the reservoir capacitor. The energy and power of the influence signals is dependent on the output voltage of the controlled voltage source and the permittance of the sample condenser. The analysis of research determines that the average impulse energy of the influence on the object of research in the range of the changing load between 10 and 1000 kOm forms from 99 until 92 % of the maximal energy stored on the condenser. The processed circuit of the former of decaying oscillations preset voltage and energy can be used as the autonomous generator of the preset energy and voltage, and so as the ohmmeter of great values of resistance.
