SHATERNIKOV Paper provides analysis of probability of building lie detector, based on background EEG processing methods as an alternative to traditional polygraph. “Pilot“ experiments on creation and utilizing of such system were described. The conclusion about the need to improve the experimental system based on complexity and structure of questionnaires, which will examine reactions to a system of competing contradictory incentives.
