SUKHOBRUS M.A. A new design of the capacitive primary measuring converter of gases humidity is offered. Constructions of the sensor and his analogs are made for testing in humidity static generator with salt solutions. Characteristics of the sensor and analogs, obtained during the experiment, were compared with each other, as well as with calculated values.
