In the article is described the procedure of the application of expert systems with automated cytological diagnostics for the support of decision making of doctor in the complex cases of diseases. Expert systems are the basic component of the data-measuring systems of computer microscopy and contain the samples of the colored microscopic images of different forms of tumors, the expert conclusions, formed with the application of the formalized dictionaries of informative signs, and also the rules of making diagnostic decisions.
