Fuzzy model for evaluating of radiation risk for personnel

The development results of gas chemical nanosensors with sensitive elements based on tin dioxide are submitted. Analytical opportunities of these devices are shown. In particular, ability of nanosensors to definition of the big number of organic and inorganic compounds, influence of temperature, thickness, morphology and structure of a covering of the sensitive elements on sensitivity, selectivity and reproducibility of measurement results, response and recovery times are marked.
