POPOV It is been established that accepted development in the classical bases, the theories of technical electromecanics simplification of the equation of mechanical balance of the engine on which the moment of losses of the engine take out on its shaft, to the static loading in considered insignificant, that has basic character in-fact as spends to the theories to deviations from fundamental laws of the electromecanics: the law of mechanical movement of Isaac Newton and the law of electromagnetic induction of James Maxwell and by that the original cause is formed, because of which basic scientific signs of the theory are lost or limited.
