Sukhinets Based on functions conversion, a method of functional frequency indicator of sinusoidal signal nominal values for frequency detectors when phase-locked loop, actualized by electronically-controlled phase shifter is theoretically substantiated. Frequency indicator allows solving actual task of high reliability, accuracy, high-speed performance and versatility measurement without additional conversions in measuring values physical parameters and can be used for working in information-measuring system while control and technological processes managing.
