Sukhinets Based on transform functions a method of permanent fluid level and mass measurement when variation of fluid tank position of arbitrary configuration is theoretically substantiated and first a device with using standard typical capacity sensors is proposed providing high reliability of a method. The device allows solving actual task of measurement for fuel in the tanks when vehicle is moving over rough terrain that is very important at high north latitudes and level of fluid products while stored or evacuated when seaway.
