LITVINOV The methodical approach to permission of objectively existing contradiction between requirements of fire safety of different type of objects and possible methods of their implementation by methods and fire extinguishing means is offered. Permission of a contradiction is carried out on the basis of synthesis of system of fire safety for objectively existing unsharpness and uncertainty of the initial ideas of system, its tasks, composition and functioning methods on initial stage of design. The task of synthesis is developed on methods of synthesis and the analysis of difficult systems, researches of and operations of decision-making in the conditions of the uncertainty, providing principle implementation “synthesis through the analysis”. The approach to decomposition and aggregation of the task of synthesis of system of fire safety, owing to its big capacity and diversity, impossibility of creation and complexity of the quantitative check of the relation of preference is developed for finding of its preferred choices.
